Returns
All sales are final.
Sidra Babar Art Studio does not accept returns or offer refunds on any products. Each artwork is an original or specially prepared piece, and therefore cannot be returned once purchased.
Please review all product details, dimensions, and images carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about an artwork, feel free to contact us prior to purchase at:
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
Custom & Commissioned Artwork
All custom and commissioned pieces are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as they are created specifically for the client.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
